Ralph Putman founded Putman & Sons Plumbing in 1985. At that time, Ralph worked as a pipe fitter and Master Plumber for General Motors. Due to numerous requests from friends and neighbors to fix their plumbing, Ralph decided to start his own company.

Ralph hired experienced plumbers and trained his two sons, Mark and Brent, who still work with the company today, handling residential and commercial plumbing projects.
