One entry per social media platform (Facebook, Google+). Participants must be 18 years or older.

How to Enter

First, post a review testimonial on Putman & Son’s Plumbing Google+ and/or Facebook page explaining why you chose Putman & Son’s Plumbing for your plumbing services. Then, use the provided online form. Ensure your entry meets contest requirements to be eligible to win the prize.

How Winners Will Be Determined and When

We will choose one (1) eligible winner randomly once we reach 25 entries. Consequently, your odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries received.

Number of Prizes, Description, and Retail Value

We will award one (1) Meijer gift card valued at $100.00. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. The winner has 14 days to claim their prize; otherwise, we will choose an alternate winner.

Geographic Area of the Contest

Legal residents of the United States can participate. This contest is void outside of the United States. Employees of Putman & Son’s Plumbing cannot participate.

Opening and Termination Dates of the Contest

The contest begins with the first official entry and closes when we reach the predetermined number of entries.

Where and When to Obtain a List of Winners

We will announce the winner as soon as they are randomly selected. There will be only one winner.

Publicity; Use of Personal Information

By participating, you grant the company exclusive permission to use any and all files & likenesses of those involved in this contest. By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Putman & Son’s Plumbing, anyone acting on behalf of Putman & Son’s Plumbing, and Putman & Son’s Plumbing licensees, successors, and assigns, may print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Release

By participating in the contest, you waive any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. To receive a prize, you must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.

The campaign hosted by Putman & Son’s Plumbing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Google.
